Modern, well-furnished rooms and common areas, with a great breakfast buffet that offers classics as well as Icelandic fare. Its location across from the Strokkur geyser and associated hikes, and about 30 minutes from several Golden Circle sights make it a good base camp.
Gorgeous setting, lovely decor that blends with the environment, comfy beds and huge buffet breakfast.
Location excellent. Walk across the road to the geyser and a short drive to Gulfoss. Fuel and other dining options available very close by. Good selection for breakfast.

Everything!!! The lobby and lounge areas, the restaurant, the bar area, our room... all beautiful decorated and appointed!!! Our favorite part was the window seat in our room and the update call from the front desk that the Northern Lights were visible... which we had a front row seat from inside our room. It was a beautiful night and wonderful memory!!
