Host was very responsive and made it easy to check in. I like that this place appears to be a purely rental property for travelers. It was very clean and modern, yest comfortable. I liked the bathroom, the kitchen (which we used frequently), and the pull out couches for the kids. The main room was comfortable. Lots of closet space. They even had a fan for the rare warm indoor nights which helped us sleep! Great location close to Hlemmur and many great restaurants and the ocean front path. Free parking one block away which was easy to access. We were very pleased with our stay here!

The apartment was well-furnished, spacious and clean. The separate washer and tumble dryer are useful for long stays. The kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee-machine and dining ware. Clear directions were provided for check-in and collection of keys. Rooms were sufficiently large and for the 3 bedroom apartment, there were two toilets.

We loved this apartment. It is spacious, full of amenities and really well decorated. The check in and check out process was seamless. The apartment has 2 pullout sofabeds that our kids enjoyed. The host provided clear instructions for access and check out. I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is a 15 mins walk to the main Reykjavik downtown area. We were extremely grateful for blackout curtains during the summer months which is a must.
