Nice apartment, well equipped, quiet location surrounded by farms. We used it as a base for visiting Landmannalaugar one day, Kerlingjarfjoll the second day and golden circle.

The location of this place is absolutely amazing in the way that it is in the middle of nowhere. It is a great location in the Eastern part of the Golden cycle with nice options for geothermal baths nearby. The views around the place are lovely. The bathroom was clean, the kitchen stacked with all the basic things you might need for some light cooking. I would appreciate a regular knife and not the amount of useless utensils in the kitchen but it was not a problem. You can enjoy your food on the porch outside which is also quite lovely. The horses around really add to the atmosphere.
