Maria was great since the beginning. She was quite flexible regarding the check-in even though we arrived way earlier than expected. She gave us many recommendations with places to eat and visit that we ended up taking and we loved, it made our stay in Alicante great.

The building complex is super clean, the neighborhood as well. There's a lot of restaurants and markets in a 10 min walking radius. The commute to the centre is through a bus that's one block away from the apartment, but personal recommendation is to take a car and discover the towns/cities surrounding Alicante.

We are definitely going to book this again once we manage to organize our next holidays in June. Thank you Maria!

Beautiful apartment, Maria fantastic host, everything you need for a family holiday on hand + plenty to do in San Juan Playa. Tram is also great for easy access up & down the coast

We loved everything. Spotless clean and had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The location is in a residential area with lots of very nice neighbourhood restaurants. Also close to several tram stops which made it easy to get into Alicante and Benidorm. We hope to return in the future.

Spotless apartment with everything you need & would wish for. Beautiful decorated apartment with sunny balcony, large living & dining space, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower in each and bath in one. Located in a very nice suburb, clean, safe and quiet. Short stroll to restaurants & bars and 10-15min walk to beach. Maria was very kind and extremely helpful.
