Hostess was amazing! Very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was very good

The location was ideal and close to the Camino. I liked the fact that the staff were proactive in avoiding pilgrims tracking in unwanted bugs and dirt. All pilgrims are asked to remove and keep their shoes in the front entrance, on a shelf. The place had a zen vibe; very relaxing.

They have the sweetest, most well-behaved dog. I loved the soothing music and the hospitality of the host. Also, the rooms have ceiling fans, which was soooo nice during this summer heat wave.

Natalia runs an amazing facility here. She’s caring about everyone and catering to everyone’s needs. I arrived injured, and she helped me out so much. I had some recovery time here. I really can’t say enough. Puerta la Reina has a special place in my heart. I plan to come back to start here again when I come to completely finish the Camino, as I had to alter my track because of my injury on El Pardon. Thank you, Natalia, for being you. And all your words of wisdom around the Camino were impactful, and you’re special.

Host was very helpful, kind and friendly. Hostel was perfect for pilgrims. My room had a wonderful view.
