Location just north of the Turia park was perfect for us. We liked being in a neighborhood and experiencing local life.
Everything was very smart thought and we had everything that we needed.
The apartment is just north of the historic centre of Valencia, away from tour groups but only a 10 minute walk across the river (now a beautiful park) to the edge of the old town. It looks over an intersection that is mesmerising to watch. Despite the bustle of the local community the apartment is very quiet in the evening. The bedroom is at the back so is very peaceful. We met a local couple at the nearby eatery who gave us recommendations for restaurants and guides. They said our apartment building had been renovated quite recently and I must say it felt new.
All appliances and fittings were perfect (although I admit to taking a while to find the washing machine/dryer). There are lots of storage cupboards and good bedding. We were thrilled with our choice and only wished we could stay longer.
Our five nights flew by and we slept perfectly.
