Central location, check-in easy and staff where great

Excellent location at the Centro Madrid, but the apartment is not noisy during the day or night. Complete kitchen with a dishwasher since I cook my meals.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes from the Grand Via and Royal palace. Vibrant shops and eateries close by including convenience stores. Apartment had everything for a comfortable stay including some basic Toiletries, towels and sheets. Kitchen had utensils, microwave, tea bags and coffee although no spices to actually cook a meal. Were happy to have a few bottles of water and some croissants waiting for us when we arrived! Internet connection was good and we used our own Netflix login. There were a few boardgames as well and the space was clean with a functional AC. Though it is a busy street, our apartment was in the interior, we could faintly hear the revelry and the metro trains but it was not disturbing. However, would recommend that anyone who is a light sleeper to invest in earplugs for a good night's sleep.

Excellent location. You can walk to almost anywhere. There are many shops and places to eat nearby. Everyone was very friendly, and the place was quite comfortable and quiet.
