The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from Gran Via, with many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. There is plenty of storage space. The building is cool, and we only used the air conditioning twice. They provide an iron and ironing board.
Good and easy to find place with nice surroundings.
The staff was extremely kind and courteous. The location is ideal. There was one small drawback. It's that the breakfast place is in a different place from the apartment, so we didn't get to have breakfast
