As there was construction on the outside of the building, it was covered with dust and we were unable to open the window or use the balcony of the apartment. After we immediately shared our disappointment with the host, he offered us to change to their other hostel, right in the city center next to Sol. We were very happy in the new place, as it had the same features, no construction and a tiny balcony we could use. The only downside of the place was that the street gets very loud at night, because it is full of restaurants, bars and night clubs, which can be very convenient for some or a nightmare for others... We enjoyed it. Thank you very much!

The location is perfect in Chueca area. The apartment is equiped with the basics for a few weeks.

It's good that, partmens is in city centre, near metro station and not expensive...

I already knew that this apartment was not the booking.com advertised apartment but one in Fuencarral Street, where I have stayed previously. Excellent accommodation and good for money. I had issue with heating that was resolved in 15 minutes when staff came and sorted it out. Great location, efficient customer care.
