All of the air-conditioned Latin apartments have satellite TV, washing machine and a private terrace. They are located in the exclusive Parador area of Nerja, 328 feet from Burriana Beach. The Apartamentos Latin complex has a small pool and with sun loungers and tables. There is also a library, and reception can offer advice on what to do in Nerja. Each of the apartments has a lounge, kitchen with fridge and kettle, and 1 or 2 bedrooms. They also have modern bathrooms. A range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be found within 5 minutes’ walk of the Latin Apartments.

Great location, the place was very clean and we found everything we needed for our stay!
Outstanding location, close to the beach and with the old town only a short walk away.

The view was great, it has a balcony where you can relax. The location is perfect, a couple blocks from the Beach. Easy to find parking. It has everything in case you want to cook. Variety of restaurants where you can get by walking.
