The owner's were friendly in touch before arrival regarding what time we would arrive. There was parking along the street very close to the apartment when we stayed in May 2025. Check-in was easy. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen allowed for preparing small meals (fridge, pots, pans, utensils, two burner stove top, kettle, italian style coffee maker, etc...). The bathroom was updated and nice. The beds were comfortable. There is a small patio to sit outside. The pool was a small pool, very clean, sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment is within walking distance of markets, bakeries, restaurants, and the main promenade of the Port de Pollenca. Very nice stay!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They shared their local knowledge which was a great benefit. The property was comfortable and clean, with the bed sheets and towels changed regularly. Fantastic location, close to all amenities.

The host met us and gave us a description of the property and handed over the keys. The apartment has everything you need in terms of a kitchen and bathroom. There is a washer in the bathroom and the balcony is a decent size to be able to sit outside and dry clothes. The pool area is nice and well maintained. The location of the property was really close to the promenade, beach and restaurants. I would stay in this place again.

Lovely quiet place with a pool and very close walk to main beach where all the restaurants and bars are. Owners Sonya and Sebastian run the facility and are very friendly and helpful. Apartments and spotless and new showers are amazing.

Location was awesome. Close to the beach close to the mountains for biking close to the town square. Sebastian and Sonja were both amazing.
