Washing machine, beach accessories to be used for free. Kitchen is very well equipped.
The apartment has a very good location: it is at a reasonable walking distance from the beach and supermarket.
It was comfortable and well furnished (TV, sofa, wash machine). We could enjoy the terrace even in April. I recommend it for families. Alcudia old town is very nice and not so far by car.
