The beds feel private even in the shared dorm because of the curtains! The staff is so friendly and it is easy to make friends with all of the travelers. There are are a ton of activities provided by the hostel and the free dinner is a huge bonus!
Clean facility, very friendly staff and volunteers
The rooms were clean and had everything you expect. Beds were comfy. The staff were super friendly, especially Borja and Yusif who helped me a lot. There were lot of events planned for each day of the week.
Absolutely the best hostel I stayed so far.
First of all it is VERY clean. Not every hotel has such a clean showers as this hostel. Beds are comfortable, towels are clean, kitchen is well maintained and tidy at all times.
Second, the feeling of community is amazing. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to help and make everyone comfortable and included. Special note to Augustine, Abdul, Gretta and Yousef. They made me feel at home at all times, answered all the questions I had and helped me whenever needed.
There are a lot of places to relax and hang out with others in the hostel as well. The whole place is organized in a way that you can have opportunity to both relax or work alone and socialize with other tenants when you feel like it.
Big plus for the curtains on the beds!
Excellent service and very prompt with dealing with any questions. Sebastian was great with awesome taste in tattoo sleeves.
