This was a beautiful and peaceful spot to finish my trip in Fuerteventura after biking across the island for two weeks. The whole complex was secure, well maintained and quiet. There's a small and shallow swimming pool with some sun loungers you can relax at, and a communal storage/post room with hundreds of books and DVDs you can help yourself to. The apartment itself was clean, light, airy, with a fabulous terrace, and very well equipped. There were lots of random useful stuff tucked in the cupboards, including extra blankets, sunscreen, toothpaste, salt, sugar and some basic spices. I got a lovely enthusiastic welcome from the owner, Luca, who met me on arrival and explained everything clearly. Oh, and thank you for the bottle of wine! :)

Nice studio with balcony, enough facilities like towels and products for shower and cleaning. Bus stop nearby. Luca is a cool host.

We stayed only 1 night for an early start to the airport, it was ideal for that and the host met us there with the keys and explained everything and was very friendly,

Loca was an exceptional host. He was only ever a call away if you needed advice on any query you had. Very friendly disposition. The accommodation was gated with two swimming pools. The staff maintainence throughout was excellent. If you're looking for a quiet area to chill then Caleta Paraiso 127, is the place. Ideal for a couple; it's a studio apartment, with WiFi, but the highlight is the balcony and sea-view. It's like having another room- that was fab now. Washing machine was an absolute bonus to. Local shops and bars are all at your doorstep and people are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely aparment, compact, & clean everything you need . Luca was a lovely person, kept good contact & has said he will invest in kettle for our next visit. Would definatlet go back here.
