Location and staff (owners). The mother and daughters were excellent in providing information and assistance. Liked being in a more local neighbourhood in easy walking distance to everything of interest, including the beaches and the town centre.
Also, there was a bakery 2 doors down; a grocery across from it; a popular tapas bar 2 doors up the street and a very good restaurant at the end of the same street.
Also liked the large open deck.

Fully equipped unit, has everything that could be needed. Nuttee responds to any questions and was helpful to tell us about local events we might want to take in. Very roomy apartment, easy access to roof top terrace. Laundry dried up there quickly. Bakery and grocery stores very close. Easy access to beaches. Even had a weigh scale, but who wants to weigh yourself when on vacation.
Location, apt had everything you could need, bed comfy and having a washing machine to use made holiday laundry a breeze. Use of the terrace was a wonderful perk.
