Location - Close to old city and Triana itself is a great neighborhood; lovely, especially patio; authentically Seville-like home-base instead of a a non-descriptive hotel; quiet; clean; great check-in communication

The host was super responsive. We had several questions about the means of transportation, restaurant options. The best was the last day, our train didn't leave until way past checkout time. Raul, the host, let us leave our luggage in a side room, and we were able to take full advantage of the day until 5 pm. We loved the location. We were central and walking distance to many lovely neighborhoods on both sides of the river. We rented bikes both days from Surf the City - near the Torre del Oro. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice firm mattress.

Literally everything! The entry, stairwell, and room were all beautifully, uniquely decorated and so clean. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the roof top terrace was a great place to sit on an evening. The casa is in an excellent location on a fairly quiet side street; easy walking distance to many great spots in Sevilla, but not in the middle of all the busyness. The host, Raul, was kind, responsive and very helpful. You can tell Casa Pureza is a labor of love, with thoughtful attention given to every detail of one’s stay. I really hope to return one day.

Beautiful entryway. Room was small but adequate for what we needed which was a comfortable and clean place for one night. Comfy bed. Nice AC. Nice bathroom. Nice shower. Only one flight up which was nice.

The owner is very responsive and the room is full of character. The room is a short distance from bicycle rentals and some of the main attractions. Perhaps most importantly, the room is well insulated and quiet. For people searching for the sweet spot of value, location, and charm - this is where you want to stay. I would definitely come back!
