Superb location, very close to the best beaches. Great area to hang washing, store inflatables/boards. Really clean & good storage. Quick communication from owner.
It’s very spacious and has a nice terrace, albeit a bit sparsely decorated. Nonetheless, we could enjoy it a bit. We were working from home during our stay and the wifi was great (we had a technical issue but the host made sure to get it resolved as quickly as possible). The kitchen is big and nice but would be great if there were some more pots, etc. Otherwise, all good. The location is really close to a few covered coves that are great for swimming and we could even swim in December!
This is an absolutely lovely flat in El Cotillo - only 2 mins walk from the beach with a wonderful large terrace. It was great to have the two bedrooms and a washing machine is just fabulous so that you can wash your beach things and dry them on the internal patio.
The flat was spotless, new and in wonderful condition. It was very comfortable and it was really lovely to have extra throws for beds and to make sure that we could protect the lovely leather sofa properly! The bathroom was beautiful - modern and a really good size with a walk-in shower. It was great to have a proper oven and a lovely big fridge-freezer.

Molto ben insonorizzato non si sente praticamente nessun rumore esterno o di altri coinquilini.
E poi tutto nuovo e ben mantenuto.
Torneremo a settembre sempre qui e sempre a El Cotillo , la ns isola.
