The location of the property was superb! Close to restaurants, the harbor and the beach. A short 17 minute drive to the center of Valencia and attractions. Sergio and Anastasia were great hosts, answering our phone calls with questions, and sending us notes for a smooth check out.

Spacious apartment with lovely views of the canals and boats.
The apartment is comfortable and large enough for a family of four. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room is spacious and cozy. There is a big balcony with a table, and it is possible to have breakfast outside and enjoy the picturesque yacht harbour and the sea. The communication with the hosts was excellent, Sergio met us in person at the apartment and gave us a lot of tips about Valencia and Port Saplaya. We also very much appreciated his help with finding a taxi on the day of our departure (it was an early Sunday morning). Port Saplaya is a nice place with a sandy beach, sports possibilities, playgrounds, and numerous small restaurants and cafes.
