Leo checked me in. Professional,charming and friendly. This is always a good sign. My room was very well furnished. Best of all in a bustling city like Las Palmas I did not hear anything whatsoever. It was perfectly quiet. Consequently a wonderful nights sleep. Centrally located near to all amenities. I’d happily stay here again.

- Great location with many optional places to eat - Housekeeping cleaning your room everyday and changing the towels - Check in was very smooth and we even was able to check in 1 hour earlier - In the room is everything you need: place for clothes and luggage; coffee machine; kettle; big bathroom - Friendly stuff Some people complained about the noise, we didn’t had it only until the first night, when there was a music festival, but we didn’t really struggle to fall asleep.

Had a view of the street- would have preferred a bayview as it would have been quieter. A little nervous about walking around there at night. Neighborhood seemed a little "Iffy"

Very stylish and comfortable. Lots of interesting features. Particularly liked the rooftop terrace and cocktails. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was amaing, the situation of the hotel and the historic building of the Extern bank of Spain inspired clearly the decoration. It was very nice. The rooftop on top with cocktail bar and (tiny) swimming pool but great view.
