Incredible location, only 2 blocks from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Lots of restaurants close by. It is a unit facing the inner courtyard, so quiet. Best feature is the rooftop patio - which also has a small sunroom, making it a 4 season patio. Hosts very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the AC and it was fixed within the afternoon.

The location is exceptional, especially for Holy Week in Seville, as the famous processions take place literally right outside the door, offering a perfect vantage point. It is also conveniently situated within walking distance to other key areas of the city. The Universal People Bar nearby provides a great spot to watch the processions, enjoy tapas, drinks, and people-watch, making it a lively and enjoyable experience. Overall, this combination of prime location and vibrant atmosphere comes highly recommended

Location is excellent, very secure and quiet. The amenities are all provided for you, coffee, washer, shampoo. Management was very quick and responsive. There is also a luggage storage shop right next door, extremely convenient. 5/5 Highly recommend!

Excelent location and very quiet for a central kocation.

amazing location. total in the center. near to everything. host is super nice. helped with everything. apartment clean and even we were on a rush street the apartment was silent. we slept peacefully. terrasse perfect bonus. sofa bed and also bed comfy. we were there during winter but we were not cold at all. host gave as also additional heaters. wifi all ok. working really good also for video calls.
