It' s peaceful and clean. Surrounded by greenery and very close to beautiful Sardinero Beach. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably! Maria our host was so polite, always in touch, and made sure our arrival was hassle free! Also 3 min away is Parque de Pinares, so peaceful!

Comfortable flat located 10 minutes' walk from Sardinero beach and about 25 min from the town centre. Seemed recently renovated. Professionally managed.

Everything was great. Maria is extremely helpful. She sends you exact instructions and gives lots of sightseeing ideas. She is the perfect host. Her apartment is spacious, warm and gives a home-like feeling. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. There was also a tiny gift waiting for us at arrival. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody visiting Santander.

Location of the apartment - close enough to the city when you walk through the tunnel and El Sadinero beach is 10 min walk away. Steps can be avoided by taking the ramp by the side of the apartment and going through the locked gate with the key provided. Lovely gifts provided by Maria on arrival and great communication throughout our stay. We contacted Maria about parking and places to eat and she always responded promptly. There is lots of available parking around the apartment and it is free. Maria also provided a travel cot for us. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and a cooker, microwave and fridge. We managed several days on the beach with our three month old by using a baby carrier rather than the buggy. The icecream is fantastic at the Regma stands and there are plenty of supermarkets.
