The location of the apartment was excellent, short walk to the bay, to shops and bus station.
The other people living in the building were extremely friendly, even when seeing an unfamiliar face and asking if I needed help with anything.
The space was perfect, everything you need, cooktop, convection/microwave oven, washing machine. Very secure building in a quiet spot on a dead end street.
