Clean, good facilities, didn’t smell at all so that must have been fixed. Newly remodeled. Staff worked hard to fix the WiFi problem. Great location easy walk to old town sights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at GoToSeville Faustino Flats in Seville. The flat, situated in a new residential building with controlled entrance, was clean and well-maintained, accurately depicted by the property photos. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even surprising us with an early check-in and checking in on us daily to ensure our comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern amenities, although we were a bit surprised to find only 3 coffee capsules provided for our stay, given that we were two guests over three days. Nonetheless, the location of the flat was fantastic, nestled near a vibrant plaza with local restaurants and bars, offering an authentic Seville experience away from tourist crowds, and just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Seville!

The location is very central. Walkable to several food and drink spots. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would certainly stay again.
