The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, a quiet side street just off the main strip with all shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance.
We traveled with my adult son who uses a wheelchair chair, good access with ramps and a fully accessible bathroom, the hotel also has a pool hoist/chair which wasn’t advertised but we were delighted to discover when we got there.
It was spotlessly clean. The room or suite we had was spacious. The all inclusive includes a very good range of drinks. The entertainment from a lady singer was excellent but on another night there was nothing. Food was limited but good. Check in was superb and all the tram on Reception were excellent, especially Lara, who was amazing and couldn’t help us enough. Lara is a credit to your hotel. We’d certainly come back again.
Very clean and good pretty good although if not all inclusive you pay for drinks at meal times including water which I find terrible
No complaints except room having fairly strong smell of drains on last 2 days.
Really lovely spacious hotel with two good sized pools and lots of loungers. Close to beach and main shopping area and restaurants. We stayed on BB basis and the breakfast was amazing. A lot of the guests were all inclusive. If you want somewhere up market to just chill and relax to soak up the sun this is the place to go.
