great location, near the main attractions (20 min walk aprox), the apartment looks very nice, clean, there is one private terrace and one common (lucky for us there was nobody there even tho there were other tourists in the building). the AC was functioning well. there were also coffee suplies and all the stuff you need in a kitchen.

Location was very convenient to get to all the sites. Roof terrace is very nice.

Very well equipped apartment, clean and tidy, nice staff welcoming at the property, nice rooftop to chill, easy communication. The bell doesn’t bother as much as people say to be honest. We only had a construction works going on next door that woke us up at 8 am, but it’s not really this property’s fault.

WhatApp communication at all times. The quiet but lively neighborhood had everything we needed in terms of shops, restaurants and sights. A little apart from the very touristy centre, we felt like we were in a real residential community. The Fine Art Museum was especially close and the Alameda de Hercules had lots of places for a sunny breakfast. The tapas bars Slava (50 metres) and Dos de Mayo (two blocks away) are very popular - you may have to queue to get in. The apartment building had very interesting internal architecture. The apartment was spotless and well provided. There was an attractive private and a larger common access terrace, although the weather did not permit s to use these.
