The location was excellent- very near Sol metro and Plaza Mayor. The rooms were clean and quiet. We needed to order an item from Amazon during our stay, and before we could go to the desk to obtain it, the staff brought it to our room!

location was right in the middle of everything so perfect. The room was solid small but has everything needed. Bathroon was good the shower floor for some reason flooded the bathroom floor.

The location is great. Close to everything. The hotel was only a short block away from a plaza surrounded by various eateries and fronting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. On 09/16/2024 we were treated to a big surprise to see the king of Spain, King Felipe VI came out of the building (after a meeting with foreign dignitary) and proceeded to his limousine in front of his Royal Guard Squadron on horse back. Definitely, a highlight of our 1st ever Madrid visit.
