Location was great-- many bars, restaurants and tourist stuff in walking distance. As a single woman solo traveler, I felt safe in the area (even at night since there were so many restaurants and people in the area). The room and facilities were all clean and functional as shown in the pictures. There was an elevator that made carrying luggage easy. And most notably, the staff was extremely helpful and informative. At check in, I received a detailed map of all the buses, shows, and restaurants, and was even given useful tips for visiting/navigating the Alhambra from the front desk man. He helped me get tickets to a sold-out flamenco show and was always there to answer my questions throughout the week. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated this man's hospitality and advice on things to do/eat in Granada.

The room was comfy and the hotel well located. The manager was outstanding!

Jose welcomed us politely, and made recommendations for places that suited our preferences for the city, transportation, places to see, activities, food, and breakfast. Thanks to its central location, we were able to walk to many places. The room was clean.

The hotel is centrally located. The room is very nice with a comfortable bed, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
