The hotel is in a great location. Please note we booked a double standard room with either a balcony / terrace with yourselves and on arrival was allocated an economy room. These economy rooms are very very small with little ventilation and with an open plan shower / toliet area which was not great to see. Some of these rooms are allocated in a separate hotel, which the main hotel has purchased and have connected with a tunnel. There is no mention in any advertising that you may be allocated a room outside of the main hotel and these rooms are not of the same standard as the main. It took 4 room changes for us to end up with the room that we had booked and we incurred a charge by the hotel for this, which we have submitted a complaint and a request for this to be refunded to us. Bahia is a German owned hotel, and appears to caters for their requirements very well. Due to the hotel's recovery from the pandemic, cut backs have been made in several areas including the closure of the indoor pool, a reduced buffet and the Aircon has yet to be switched on despite the heat. We had to request a fan to be able to have a comfortable room temperature. None of this is informed to you, and therefore came as a surprise as the hotel is still using the indoor pool as a major promotion tool and facilities include Aircon etc. The rating of this hotel is currently not 4* plus, and is probably 3 * due to their cut backs.

Расположение, завтраки, деликатное отношение горничных к туристам. Отдыхали в отеле в сентябре 2015, очень огорчило, что карточка от нашего номера подходила к номеру наших детей на другом этаже, а как позже обнаружилось и к номеру нашего соседа. Интернет только в холе на первом этаже, с постоянными сбоями.
