Hotel Cimbel is located right on Levante Beach, 1969 feet from Benidorm’s charming old town. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Most rooms at Hotel Cimbel have a private balcony with wonderful sea views. Each bright room includes flat-screen satellite TV and a mini-bar. The marble bathrooms come with a hairdryer and toiletries. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at the Cimbel’s restaurant. The poolside café-bar serves characteristic tapas, drinks and snacks, with magnificent views. The streets around the Cimbel Hotel are full of shops and lively bars. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and we must admit we were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the cleaning service. We were a group of 15 people, spread across different floors.
The lady who stood out the most was Narci, the woman on 7th floor, she went above and beyond our expectations. She managed to keep the room impeccably clean and was attentive to every detail. Beside that, Narci was incredibly friendly and always eager to help us with anything we needed. From recommending beautiful places with delicious food to sharing interesting facts about Benidorm, she truly made a difference in our stay. A hardworking and kind-hearted woman through and through.
We’d also like to thank the ladies on floors 10 and 13, who ensured our rooms were always spotless. It was a real pleasure to come back to the hotel after a long day at the beach and find your room fresh, tidy, and welcoming.

Location amazing breakfast nice rooms comfortable modern and clean amazing view we had a premium room. Also good that towels on loungers were monitored so always a lounger available
