The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helpful and service-oriented. The hotel communicates very well and abundantly in advance of our arrival.
The rooms are clean and the views toward El
monasterio are beautiful. The location is great, close to tons of cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from El Monasterio de El Escorial.
How close to Cuzco it was. Perfect for refreshing before hitting the road.
Beautifully prepared rooms. Comfortable and super close to the two things one comes to do: eat and the Escorial. Laura was super friendly and helpful with the check in process.
The hotel manager Laura was extremely kind above and beyond the Call of Duty in purchasing an important souvenir for me, and it was indicative of the helpfulness of the whole staff. The room was very nice and spacious and the walk-in shower was very convenient. The room was very quiet even though located right next to the plaza mayor
