They only did the bed, the hotel overall has problem with the cleanliness, i saw dust and hair all over (even after the daily “cleaning”) i even had to look for a clean mug at the breakfast, see the photo below. The toilet sear was not cleaned properly, it had calcareous deposit in form of a brown stain (see the second picture)
1. Bad renovations
2. First we got a room that smelled like mold, we kept the air conditioning on for 24h, but the smell and humidity did not dissapear. Another issue we had was a brown calculus in our WC which did get stuck more often than not. We addresed the issue at the reception and they changed our room. In the new room the hair dryer did not work.
3. The wifi often disconnects, it does not work on the roof terraza, and in the rooms, it only works in the reception, breakfast area and downstairs pool area.
4. We bought drinks from outside the hotel and wanted to drink them at the pool. 2 people from the hotel stuff came to tell us that we could not drink them in the pool area in a time span of 1 minute. You can only consume drinks from the the hotel bar. They were really aggressive although we offered to throw away the drinks.
5. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights and we booked 2 nights from one site and the last one from another site as we did not find them on the same site, and because of that we had to pay the city tax twice.
