The staff was just incredible.
I had a problem on my notorcycle and they let me stay there the all day and enjoy the swimming pool even after my check-out while my motorcycle wasn’t fixed.
Also, they have private and closed parking which is perfect for those travelling in a motorcycle.
10/10 for the staff!!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and the room was very comfortable.
Can’t speak too highly of the staff - professional, efficient, hard-working and very warm and friendly. Downside of our stay was the unfortunate timing - a VERY loud music festival for 2 nights (apparently an annual thing!) - music, drums, singing, fireworks from 11:00 pm until 6 in the morning - only 100 yards from our hotel room. Not the hotel’s fault and they were apologetic - but still!! A bit more than a 2-day heads up from booking. Com would have been appreciated.
The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was also nice!
