This hotel is located in the center of L'Ampolla, next to the port. Some of the rooms have sea views, and there is a terrace and ice-cream bar looking onto the boats. The air-conditioned rooms all have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a telephone. The private bathrooms have a hairdryer. A free Wi-Fi hotspot can be found in reception. A good range of bars and restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk. And if you’d like to explore the area, the hotel hires bicycles.

Hotel is in an excellent location. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good view. Breakfast was a small buffet, fresh and adequate.
The Roca Plana is situated in the pretty seaside town of L'Ampolla, overlooking the marina. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafes and independent shops along the promenade, which has a cycling lane as well as a walking area, and a variety of beaches within easy walking distance. The restaurant within the hotel is excellent in itself, serving local Catalan cuisine and a variety of other dishes. (Multi-lingual menu if you don't speak Catalan or Spanish). Continental breakfast was good, and was included in the price of the stay (which came as a nice surprise). The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. There is air-conditioning in the room should it be needed. The ensuite bathroom was a good size, with a shower above the bath. Both the hotel staff and the restaurant staff were pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.
