We arrived at around 8 pm and were greated by very kind member of staff who spoke only spanish. Zulu villa looks as in pictures, very nice and clean. Safari was great, even with light rain.I wish it lasted longer, Jessica was great!
It's an outstanding experience, the wildness of the national park, the cleanness of a luxury hotel, waking us in Selwo Avantura with voices of the birds regenerated our souls. Very good value per money
We enjoyed being able to see the park early, the check-in process was so helpful and easy and Safari was a blast. The breakfast was simple but filling.
Views were amazing, the lodge had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly and fully explained answers to any questions we had. Lovely to walk through the park when there were just other staying guests there.
We chose to go for the Zulu Villa to enjoy the most of the stay as it has a great outdoor space. Since the park closes at 6pm, the terrace was the key attraction offering great view on the park.
We enjoyed working around after the closing, so peaceful.
The activities included were also a hit for both kids and adults (especially the safari).
The staff were friendly and helpful. Some comments complained about getting the luggage to the rooms, but we were accompanied by car so installation was smooth.
