Location of hotel was good for walking into the walled town of Solsona. Staff were pleasant and helpful offering me an umbrella when it looked as if it were to rain. Room was large and in good condition, albeit a bit dated.
The woman on reception was brilliant despite speaking very little English and me not speaking Spanish she managed to sort everything out and went to great lengths to make sure we were ok. Didnt have breakfast but went into the cafe at breakfast time and it looked and smelt very good with a grill for eggs etc as well as usual pastries.
