Very helpful staff, room clean with good shower. Easy location for early morning flight connection

My flight landed at Tenerife South a little after 1am, so I was very excited to have found Hotel Ucana right behind the bus stop with their 24hr check-in and affordable rates. It took me a minute to find the night-time buzzer to get in, but the receptionist was super helpful and my room was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was clean & modern, the wifi worked great, and the blackout curtains were very much appreciated! They even volunteered to give me a late check out since it was after 2am when I arrived.

It has good connections to airport, taxi and bus station just a few meters away and yet still it was surprisingly quiet,room was very clean and nice staff. Has everything near(grocery stores and restaurants).

This hotel was clean, simple, with an excellent location. Overall, I would rate it as a good value.

My room was big and exceptionally cleaned. People at the reception are nice and helpful. The common spaces have been just renovated. The bus station is one min away fron the hotel. I was even able to walk (along a road) till El Medano.
