Convenient as we were driving and it’s right off the highway (but not really accessible for those without a car). We arrived late and in a rainstorm, so we were very grateful for the on site restaurant. Beds very comfortable and breakfast was good.

Staff were helpful. Room was pleasant. Couldn’t be in the lobby due to smoking.

This Ibis hotel is better than most other Ibis hotels we've stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Rooms were quite spacious, nice, and clean. Location is very close to a shopping mall which has a food court so finding a place to eat is not an issue. It is quite far from other restaurants though, some driving may be required if you don't like what the food court has to offer. Breakfast was very good for an Ibis hotel.

Excellent location. Great room clean and comfortable. Facilities Excellent. We left a phone in the room the hotel staff were fantastic and kindly packaged the phone up ready for the courier to collect. Can't fault the hotel at all. Breakfast continental but great choices.

We stayed at Ibis Bilbao Barakaldo for one night. It was a nice place and conveniently located near the Max shopping center. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the essentials we needed for a short stay. The hotel also offered a good breakfast selection that helped us start our day off right. Additionally, the location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
