We liked everything about our stay at this hotel. Laura (owner and hands-on manager) was there every step of the way ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Our luggage was lost on the flight in and she worked with Iberia airlines to expedite our luggage getting to the hotel and provided us basic supplies while we waited for the luggage. In addition, she went the extra mile to recommend some terrific hiking trails nearby and some great restaurants. Everything was perfect!!!
The hotel is a historic Canarian house with courtyard that preserves fascinating details very well and transports you to the 16th century.
The service is excellent, and the owner is approachable, attentive to detail and very helpful with tips around the island.
The pastries are excellent, you have to try them.
Beautiful room and building overall. Exceptionally kind and informative staff - Laura - who was hugely helpful but never intrusive. Our second stay - we will be back!!
It was comfortable and well designed,
We felt very special with the high ceilings and the antique kept room.
The beds were very comfortable.
We came by bus. Hiking from this location without a car isn't great. Very infrequent bus.
Exceptionally friendly staff. Gteat vslue. Dinner very good.
