Happy with everything. Room was nice and quiet. Space was enough for our luggage. Ralu and Alejandro were really helpful to assist us. Location is walking distance to main tourist area. Lots of restaurant nearby too. Right next to the Santo Domingo metro station. Easy to find this hotel.
It is close to Gran Via, close to shopping, Metro callao, the royal palace, the royal opera!
