Good communication with the owner. Sabine the cleaner does an excellent job and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and we'll equipped. Only down side was noise from neighbours on both sides. There is a bus stop within a five minute walk, on the flat. Bus number 30 is a circular that runs at 30 minute intervals and will take you into Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon, for a very reasonable price, alternatively you can get a taxi for less than 5 euros. Super Dino supermarket in Playa Blanca near the bus station is well stocked and reasonably priced, they will order you a taxi at the checkout and it will be there within a few minutes.

Everything was wonderful and very comfortable. - The 2-bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you need (washing machine, MW, oven, large fridge and freezer, large TV, balcony, terrace) - Bright apartment with curtains that darken the room well if you need. - Parking space in front of the apartment. - The welcome (fruit, chocolates, wine, gifts for the children) was a big surprise. - Quiet location. - Very responsive and friendly owner. - Sabine came to greet us personally. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful attention to detail. Modern and spacious

Everything was amazing! They paid so much attention to detail, they left us wine, chocolates, fruit. Honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay, the location is perfect. Would recommend you rent a car in Lanzarote as public transport is not the best, but the apartment is 5 mins from the beach and very close to the main areas. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and in a safe and secure area. Will definitely be going back!

Great place, that has everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a big TV in the livingroom and a very nice terrace. Everything was clean, thanks to a very very kind lady Sabine, that came every week. Thank you so much for your kindness, your good energy and your help! :)
