Convenient location spectacular views,fantastic shower.
Good accomodation, directly at the beach, great views from the balcony.
Clean.
Friendly staff.
Reasonably priced, espcially if you take location into account.
(There is a hotel in a similar building next door, which is way more expensive).
Kitchen is very small, but fit for purpose.
Good beds with firm mattresses (not self-evident in Spain).
A large fitted wardrobe in the sleeping room, plenty of room to store your clothes.
The bathroom has a luxurious feel to it, with walls in natural stone (or that's what it looked like anyway).
A small shop with daily fresh bread is almost next door (Avd. de Cuenca).
More shops and a bakery are within 5-10 minutes walk.
Last but not least: The place was surpringly quiet at night, at least in January.
Benidorm has a reputation for noisy nightlife, but those bars are a few blocks further inland.
