The staff is located on the same floor as the apartments and are there all day long. The apartments are located in city center and easy to get to with taxi from the train station. It's a few minute walk to the bus going to Alhambra.
The penthouse apartments are comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms are clean and we really liked that it had a washing machine for use. One of our rooms did not have a laundry rack and the staff found one for us very quickly.
