It's the 2nd time I was here and for good reason. Everything about this location is great. Clean, spacious, huge terrace with grill, kitchen with everything you need, even a gym on a second terrace. Alberto took good care of us and we were even able to checkout very late the next day since nobody was checking in. Great experience overall, my first choice whenever I am in town.

The apartament was very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. It had two sleeping rooms and huge, sunny, terrace. There was also a small gym available to use. Living room had a big smart tv. The whole apartament was very comfortable. The host was very friendly. It was located very close to a beautiful park. It was also close to Spar and Alteza and also multiple bus stops. There was also a parking spot available somewhere near. We have been 10 times in SC and as far it was the best apartament we stayed in. 100% recommending!

Apartment is fully equipped, everything is thought of. I personally liked the office chairs and desks which for me was great because I had to work during my stay. Perfect for a short or long stay.

The penthouse is well suited for 3-4 adults and had everything we needed plus everything we could have needed. The kitchen doesn't miss anything, the bedrooms are really quite even when some construction work was underway on the same street. Situated close to the central park, it's practically in the center, but in a very quiet residential area. The icing on the cake though has to be the huge terrace, and the grill. That's where we spent most of our time. We didn't use the gym equipment, but that area(a second terrace) looked quite well stocked. Alberto made our stay really comfortable and was always available when we had some questions. We even left our bags with him since our flight was late in the evening and everything went really smooth. Big thanks, sir!
