The communication with the host was excellent with quick response times. It looks like the apartment was refurbished recently and the kitchen /bathroom looked better than I can remember seeing on Booking.com. The location is excellent as well, close to the town center. Also great parking facilities (we parked the car at the carpark across the street and waited a couple of minutes before Francoise arrived with the keys to the carpark).

The host Jean Pierre is a great guy. We came here for a week of kitesurfing. He gave us tips for the best spots and arranged a hose to rinse our gear at the end of the week. The location is right at the end of the main street. With a 10 min walk you're right at the center of town

Location perfect. Close enough to corralejo town for convenience and also far enough away from the centre to be quiet as well. We were there when carnival celebrations were on and music til 3am. Not a problem. 3 pools and the smallest one nice and 1 min walk from our apartment. Always sun beds available. Closed/secure car park for our hire car. Jean-Pierre owner/manager? was superb, just like all other reviews. Extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful week staying here. Jean-Pierre was there to meet us on the first day and gave us some great pointers about what was nearby and worth seeing. The apartment is in a complex with three pools and plenty of sun-loungers; the water is a bit chilly in February but it was perfect for sunbathing. The patio is quite private with great views over the town. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals. Location wise it's perfect - just off the main street, within easy walking distance of the centre and only 5 mins away from El Companario shopping village, with a big supermarket and plenty of eateries. There are good bus links nearby, although beware the L6 towards the beach (and airport!) may already be full of beach-goers and won't stop. We opted to walk the 30ish mins to the (stunning) grandes playas instead, stopping part way for breakfast.

Great modern apartment in a very lovely complex. Great location too.
