Amazing stay from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They even kept in touch during the stay and shared info about events, which was really thoughtful. The food was delicious at every restaurant. The pool area was always spotless, and the service was great. Housekeeping was excellent, loved the little chocolate on the bed each night! The spa was super relaxing with really professional masseuses. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

The design of the hotel was very modern and a great place to relax. I was in the reserve and the attention by staff and reserve specific amenities made my visit even better. Food was great and staff were always helpful! Loved the observatory session, unique feature most hotels do not have!
