Lots of cute design details
Very responsive host
The location is 10/10 especially if you're driving. It's by a huge park with a very nice playground for the kids. The cafe downstairs is awesome for a wuick beer and snack. Restaurants are 1-5min walk away. The beach is about 10 min walk from the front door. The building is nice and newish, really well maintained. The apartment is great, very clean, well-kept. Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay in Gijon was delightful, we have been to Gijon many times its just a wonderful city. More than enough to do for a week the weather was ok not great but ok, the accommodation was excellent a little on the small size but more than adequate and our hosts provided with cakes coffee tea which is unusual but a very nice touch. Yeh all round excellent, first class.
