Very modern apartment with all facilities including air conditioning. Extremely clean and comfortable. The host was super-helpful. The washing machine is on the roof of the building and very practical if you spend few days on the beaches or hiking.

The place is in great location, very clean, all in excellent condition, near to places for any kind of food, shopping, transportation, downtown, parks, pharmacy and medical services at Rambla Hospiten. One block from Anaga Avenue and 10 minutes to main street, with several options for meals and shopping.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind and even sent me recommendations for places to visit in the area, which was very helpful. My trip happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hosts surprised me with a bottle of local wine as a gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

We had everything we needed in the flat in our one month long stay. Location offered both proximity to the city center and tranquility, with easy access to the stunning Las Teresitas beach. Anastasia, our host, exceeded expactations with her exceptional hospitality, always readily available and offering invaluable assistance and insights throughout our stay. We will come back deffinitely!
