The staff at this hotel was amazing. They helped us park our car the moment we arrived, they gave us directions around the city, gave restaurant recommendations, and helped arrange a taxi for us to The Alhambra. The rooms and amenities very nice and comfortable. If we had more time we would have liked to have dinner at the Michelin restaurant on site.
Beautiful property in an excellent location on a pretty plaza.
This is a very well appointed and comfortable hotel, in a convenient location in Granada. Our room was a good size, well equipped and attractively decorated. The staff were exceptional: very attentive , friendly and helpful. We dined at the hotel restaurant one night, and found it quite tasty.
The staff were very helpful. I especially would like to thank Laura for making our stay exceptional. She was welcoming and attentive. She helped us make our 1st anniversary unforgettable. The room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and more. It exceeded our expectations in regards of the thoughtful amenities and utilities. We even extended our stay for one more day.
The service was outstanding. Staff was extremely attentive. Food was delicious! Rooftop bar is lovely.
