They were really nice about everyting. The location was amazing. The hotel was super clean and the lady working there was so
nice that when i told them it wad our anniversary, they upgraded our room to an amazing one. I really loved our stay there.

We were very pleased with the property, it was exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and clean. The staff were excellent. Before we arrived, they answered all my messages quickly, and the one time I had to call the WhatsApp number, they answered that too. The location was excellent, it was about a 2 minute walk to the Cathedral, and we felt very safe. There were many places to eat close by. Also the electric tram was so easy to access by only a 3 or 4 minute walk.
Superb location in the very heart of Seville. Also very spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Bedding and towels changed each day. We really appreciated being able to drop our bags off as soon as we arrived.
