It's very good location. It's a clean apartment.

Location was excellent very central for las americas, los cristianos and the beach. Pool areas very clean and well maintained.

Modern, clean, bright, spacious and cozy apartment. Perfectly located on the 5th floor where the view from the window and balcony is stunning. There was no morning sun pouring directly into the apartment (you get the afternoon sun and the view of the sunset), therefore it wasn't hot at all. There is a pleasant breeze if you open both window and balcony. And a big fan if needed. Fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, a new and comfy sofa, 2 single beds (quite big!). Very comfy. Great shower pressure, there is also a washing machine, hair dryer, an iron. You get plenty of towels and 2 beach towels as well. Also, lots of storage, big wardrobes. Excellent location - 2 min walk from the Playa de Las Vistas, all the shops, restaurants, etc. 2 swimming pools on the premises, a bar, vending machine. Cleanliness 10/10 No noise.

Fantastic personal service by Rodriquez ( spelling unsure) The apartment had everything you needed , the kitchen was fully equipped , very modern , easy access to the beach and shops
